VACATIONLAND RESORT

Vacationland Resort view from the outside

Vacationland Resort is located on the Cisco Chain of Lakes in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This pristine chain of lakes has 270 miles of shoreline and encompasses 15 lakes that offer some of the best fishing, boating, and swimming opportunities in the Midwest.

Vacationland is a four-season resort owned and operated by Craig and Lisa Hesse. Craig and Lisa maintain 14 rustic cabins and in the summer months guests can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach, which is fully equipped with a swimming raft, diving boards, paddle boats, canoes, and kayaks. In the autumn, the chain of lakes offers photographers and other guests spectacular scenery and one-of-a-kind nature-viewing opportunities. In the winter months, guests have easy access to the superb network of snowmobile trails and cross country ski trails that wind through the neighboring Sylvania Wilderness Area and Ottawa National Forest. This winter wonderland offers visitors unparalleled winter sporting activities and adventures that cannot be found anywhere else in the nation.
